DISTRIBUTION

Lost Woods has an incredible story to tell. We have selected a partner who can bring the same passion to our customers as our sales team.

We have a distribution agreement in place for next phase of business growth within Minnesota through Libation Project that:

  • Closely aligns with our brand and culture
  • Employs 16 sales people with access to 400 accounts
  • Has a demonstrated track record with creating compelling stories and strong relationships

We work together to identify and develop accounts with an emphasis on training the retail staff on the Lost Woods brand message & purpose.

Additional markets and regions identified, along with national distribution partners to ensure future expansion.

Lost Woods is currently distributed in over 80 locations in Minnesota.

You can find us at notable liquor stores such as Surdyk’s, France 44, and Haskell’s, plus popular restaurants that include Spoon & Stable, Porzana, Butcher & the Boar, the St. Paul Hotel, Matchstick, and Volstead House.

To gain awareness, we are actively engaged with our selling locations by offering multiple in-store tastings per month. Lost Woods has also been featured at popular events throughout the year at locations such as the Minneapolis Club, MN Monthly Fine Spirits Classic, and State Fair.

We prioritize building strong relationships with our retail partners to expand our reach and deepen our connection with consumers. This involves training point-of-sale staff and cultivating personal connections with owners, buyers, and sales staff.

Our primary metric for success is maintaining a monthly account repurchase rate of 70% or higher.
