Paper Boat

.75 ounce Lost Woods

.75 ounce Aperol

.75 ounce Amaro

.75 ounce fresh lemon juice

  • Add to shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with lemon twist

*The colloquial version is Amaro Nonino Quintessentia. To make this more interesting, I used Vikre Amoro Superiore from the Vikre Distillery, also found in the Great Lakes region (Just down the road).

Ginger Gold Rush

2 ounces Lost Woods

.75 ounce ginger liqueur (Domaine de Canton)

.5 ounce fresh lemon juice

  • Serve up, or over ice.
  • Garnish with lemon wedge.

2 ounces Lost Woods

2 dashes aromatic bitters (Watkins)

1 ounce elderflower liqueur (St. Germain)

  • Pour all ingredients over short glass with ice.
  • Garnish with orange twist.
