Shipping policy

Lost Woods gear is printed or embroidered locally in Minnesota and shipped from our fulfillment partner, not from the distillery.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 3 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During busy seasons or new product drops, processing can take a little longer. If your order will be delayed beyond that, we'll email you.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at hello@lostwoodswhiskey.com. We can update the address before your order ships but not after. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped for an additional shipping charge.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, see our Return and refund policy.

Whiskey

This store ships merchandise only. Lost Woods Whiskey is available from Minnesota retailers and online through Ace Spirits.
